Two years after debuting our new dining concept to the Turkey Creek area of Farragut, we have made the difficult decision to close Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive. 

We served our last Burnt End Mac & Cheese and Bar-B-Cu-Terie Boards on Wednesday, November 1st. As we reimagine the future for this location, the property will continue to remain open for private special events.

From the beginning, we designed Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive to be a home for family, friends and neighbors. Our mission has always been to seek ways to best serve our community, leading us to make this decision to evaluate new opportunities for this space. Our staff has been given the opportunity to seek employment within our management company while we prepare for the next chapter of this building on Campbell Lakes Drive. From our staff, to our vendors and guests who have been both old friends and new, we are so grateful to the many people who have helped bring this concept to life. 

Daddy Mac’s Down Home Dive highlights include being featured in Travel and Leisure Magazine and the recognition of our Tomato and Candied Bacon Grilled Cheese  as one of the nation’s Best Sandwiches in Restaurant and Hospitality News for 2022. Thank you for allowing us to share and dedicate this tribute to our family with you these past two years. We are proud to call Farragut home and appreciate your support as we cook up what’s next.
